There are 60 consultants practising privately at Werndale Hospital and they are supported by caring and professional clinical and administrative staff. Consultants undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery within a friendly, safe and comfortable environment. We see patients on both an insured and self-pay basis and those with private medical insurance should check their policy details with their provider prior to attending any appointments. We accept referrals from GPs, Optometrists, Physiotherapists and other Consultants. You can also self-refer for the majority of our services.
