The Runnymede Hospital offers treatments and services for those who live in Chertsey, Surrey and further afield. The Runnymede Hospital has 52 beds. Patients are accommodated in single private rooms with en-suite facilities, telephone, radio, satellite television and nurse call system. Visitors are generally welcome from 9am until 9pm. Patients are offered a range of delicious meals and special dietary requirements can be met with a few days notice. Guests are welcome to dine with patients in their rooms. The Resident Medical Officer, who is on site 24 hours a day, is available to assist consultants and nursing staff. The Physiotherapy Department is staffed by Chartered State Registered Physiotherapists. The department offers full outpatient and inpatient services for the assessment and treatment of a wide range of injuries and conditions including: Sprains Whiplash, back, neck problems Post-operative joint surgery Recovery from fractures Female urinary incontinence problems Acupuncture Biomechanical assessment for foot orthotics
