The McGrath Suite, which opened in 2017, is a six-bedded day-case suite named in honour of the hospital's longest-serving team member Sister Pat McGrath. The new suite was developed in line with modern healthcare needs, whereby techniques have improved so much that people who might have otherwise needed an overnight stay after their operation can now return home the same day.
