Dr Tsui Ling

Dr Tsui Chin Ling qualified in 1992 in the UK and obtained her membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 1997, and fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012. She then trained as a Dermatologist in Greater Manchester and obtained her specialist training certificate in 2005. She has been a NHS consultant since 2005. Dr Ling is currently a full time Consultant Dermatologist at the Salford Royal Foundation Trust, and has NHS clinics in the Bury Dermatology Service at Radcliffe. She is experienced in managing psoriasis, eczema, acne (including community prescription of Isotretinoin), cryotherapy, minor skin surgery of benign and malignant skin conditions. She obtained an MD in Photodermatology at the University of Manchester in 2009. She is a consultant at the Photobiology unit and also the Clinical Lead for phototherapy services at the Salford Royal Foundation Trust. She also runs the Photodynamic Therapy Clinic (including Daylight Photodynamic Therapy). She is the main author for the national guidelines on the use of PUVA phototherapy. She is actively involved in the teaching and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students in dermatology.

My specialist clinical interests include: - Photosensitivity disorders - Phototherapy - Photodynamic therapy (PDT) - Skin cancers - I am experienced in diagnosis and management of common skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, acne (including community prescription of Isotretinoin), cryotherapy, minor skin surgery of benign and malignant skin conditions. - I especially welcome female patients who may prefer a female doctor.
