Mr Zaid Awad

Mr Zaid Awad is an Ear, Nose & Throat surgeon based in London, UK. His NHS practice is based at Imperial Healthcare Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals. He is registered with all major insurance providers and is fee-assured, i.e. there is no extra charge beyond the insurance agreed tariff. Mr Awad completed his higher surgical training in Otolaryngology in London and then spent a year learning advanced otolaryngology and head and neck surgery in Adelaide, Australia. He also visited several renowned international units to further enhance his knowledge and skills in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery.  Mr Awad is able to treat and manage all adult ear, nose and throat (ENT) related conditions and he has a special interest in treating head and neck cancer and it's impact on life-quality. He was elected president of the Association of Otolatyngologists in Training in the UK from 2013-2015, and was also the Speciality Training Committee representative in North Thames from 2012-2014. Mr Awad has also served as a member of the Specialty Advisory Committee in Otolaryngology, ENT UK Council, National Selection Committee for higher surgeical training, the Intercollegiate Examination Board and the Joint Committee of Surgical Training simulation work group. He has been awarded 22 prizes for his work, published over 60 research articles and is a reviewer for leading ENT journals.
