My General Vascular Surgery training was in London, Oxford and Melbourne (Australia). My advanced training was in Canada as the Advanced Aortic and Peripheral Endovascular Surgery Fellow at McGill University, Montreal. This training brought me to Liverpool as part of a large multidisciplinary group offering world class treatment to patients with Vascular disease. Together, we are the premier vascular unit in the United Kingdom for the management of Aortic disease in particular. My interests outside work include Golf and Touch Rugby.

Varicose Vein Surgery ( endovenous ablation, radio frequency ablation, Foam sclerotherapy, Ligation and stripping, avulsions) Aortic Surgery ( open AAA repair, EVAR, FEVAR, BEVAR, TEVAR) Peripheral vascular disease ( bypass and angioplasty) - I am an established Consultant Surgeon with a busy NHS practice encompassing all aspects of Vascular surgery with a specific focus on keyhole surgery for venous and arterial disease. My practice includes patients with leg problems ranging from varicose veins that are unsightly or causing skin complications to blocked arteries causing pain in the muscles on walking (intermittent claudication). I am a specialist in treatment of varicose veins, blocked leg arteries and aneurysms. I am happy to offer general advice and or second opinions to patients who are struggling to understand their vascular diagnosis.
