Mr Ruben Trochez

Ruben Trochez has over 18 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He trained in the South West of England and completed a further 3 years of subspecialty training in Urogynaecology. He has worked as a Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Urogynaecology at the Liverpool Women's Hospital (LWH) NHS Trust since 2012, as well as running his private practice in Spire Liverpool and Spire Murrayfield Hospitals. He is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) Training Program Director for Subspecialty Training in Urogynaecology in Merseyside, and is the Clinical Lead for Urogynaecology at LWH. He is a member of several specialist societies including the RCOG, the British Society of Urogynaecology (BSUG), the International Urogynaecology Association (IUGA) and the International Continence Society (ICS). He has published extensively in peer review journals and has presented his research in national and international conferences.
