Mr Gordon Muir

Gordon is a Consultant Urological Surgeon with specialist interest in prostatic disease, minimally invasive treatment of urological cancer and male sexual dysfunction. He is a world leader in a number of areas of men's sexual health and prostate disease. Mr Muir qualified in medicine at the University of Glasgow before spending time in both general practice and surgical training in the Army. Postgraduate training in surgery and urology took place at St George’s and the Royal Marsden Hospitals, London, as well as time spent in France, Egypt, USA and Italy. Mr Muir has research and publication expertise in the fields of surgical training, erectile problems, laser prostatectomy and urological cancer. He has held visiting professorships in prestigious universities in the UK,  Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia, teaching thousands of surgeons prostate and erectile dysfunction surgery techniques..
