Monash University Medical Centre is the largest teaching hospital in Melbourne and the state of Victoria.
Shoulder Surgery: Working in the same unit, I obtained further training in Arthroscopic shoulder surgery, shoulder arthroplasty and shoulder reconstruction following trauma including upper limb deformity correction using TSF/Ilizarov frame.
Adult limb reconstruction surgery : training involved Hip and Knee Primary & Revision surgeries, ACL reconstructions; and limb deformity corrections including management of complex primary trauma and management of delayed unions, infected / gap non-union and Limb lengthening surgeries including deformity corrections.
I also received advanced training in use of TSF and Ilizarov Ring Fixator.
2. AO Advanced Trauma Fellowship ( Complex limb injuries) :

AO Fellowship at this stage of my Trauma and Orthopaedic career helped me enormously in understanding and practicing AO/ ASIF principles of internal / external fixation of fractures and management of poly trauma cases.
Ludwigshafen hospital is a tertiary referral centre for the trauma, with seven dedicated trauma theatres, helicopter ambulance services and centre for poly trauma, pelvic injuries and limb reconstruction surgeries.
3. Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellowship:

This short fellowship of 3 months was my first formal fellowship towards achieving training in lower limb arthroplastyh soon after completion of post graduate training in India. I gained experience in operative and perioperative management of knee and hip arthroplasty during this period.
