I am committed to my ongoing clinical duties and make myself available to support colleagues in other areas such as critical care, I regularly undertaking difficult tracheostomies in the Intensive Care Units. In attending Head & Neck Oncology clinics, a patient satisfaction survey shows that patients are satisfied with the time spent with the specialist and the explanation of the condition and treatment plan (2006). This compares favourably with a previous study undertaken in (2004). Undertaking Laser surgery to the larynx and upper aero-digestive tract in patients with advanced laryngeal cancer where there are airway difficulties.
