Mr Amir-Reza Jenabzadeh is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in London, UK. Mr Jenabzadeh completed his basic medical training at University College Hospital, London in 1999. He then went on to spend 3 years working as a house officer/senior house officer in London until 2002. Following this he then undertook 3 years of research at University College Hospital, London as well as completing his higher surgical training as a specialist registrar in Trauma & Orthopaedics in the North West Thames rotation, London. Mr Jenabzadeh has also participated in two advanced surgical fellowships. The first in lower limb arthroplasty surgery was with world leading surgeons at The Mater Clinic, Sydney, Australia in 2012 and trauma surgery at St Mary's Hospital, London 2013. This is a Major Trauma Centre where he gained experience treating the most complex, severely injured patients. Mr Jenabzadeh is one of only a few surgeons in the region who offers computer navigated / robotic total hip and total knee replacements. Mr Jenabzadeh teaches other consultants in the UK and across Europe on computer navigated joint replacements. He has been a consultant for over 10 years and is a 'high volume' hip and knee surgeon. He actively participates in research and is extensively published in national and international peer reviewed journals and also extensively presented (oral and poster) to learned Orthopaedic societies. Mr Jenabzadeh has presented research globally, winning prizes for his work and has been invited to lecture as guest speaker at the Royal College of Surgeons.
