GMC reg: 3276248I qualified from Southampton university medical school in 1988 I worked as a medical registrar passing MRCP in 1992 and then started anaesthetic training. I devoted a significant part of my training to pain management and worked for a year as a pain fellow. I started working at Basildon in October 2001 as a consultant. I am as of February 2019 responsible for anaesthetic training at Basildon (I am the royal college of anaesthetists tutor - I also did this between 2008 and 20130
