Ms Li Jiang

Ms. Li Jiang is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Partner with a robust background in ophthalmic care. She graduated with Honours from the University of Birmingham Medical School before pursuing her Ophthalmology training at the West Midlands School of Ophthalmology. Following her Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth), she completed an advanced sub-specialty fellowship in Cornea and External Eye Disease at the Wolverhampton Eye Infirmary. In addition to her clinical expertise, Ms. Jiang is committed to medical leadership. She has received the Leadership Academy Award from NHS Healthcare Leadership Foundations and has been honoured with the Arthur Thomson Scholarship for Ophthalmology training as well as the Duke Elder Prize. Her dedication to both patient care and leadership sets her apart in her field.

Ms. Jiang is currently a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, part of the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. She brings extensive experience in treating a range of eye conditions, including dry eye disorders, corneal dystrophies, and ocular surface inflammation and abnormal growths. She has completed the Royal College Refractive Certificate Examination. She is skilled in both standard and complex cataract and refractive surgeries, specialising in managing high refractive errors, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
