GMC reg: 3092266Dr Richard Gale is a consultant haematologist at Nuffield Health Hospital in Tunbridge Wells and has over 30 years experience in the specialty. He trained in haematology at The Royal Free Hospital and The Royal London and St Bartholomew's Hospitals before becoming a consultant haematologist in 2000 in East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust. In 2004 he moved to became a consultant haematologist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and led the project for the development of a specialist haematology unit at Maidstone Hospital within The Kent Oncology Centre which opened in 2006. Dr Gale had been clinical lead for haematology and lymphoma lead during his NHS tenure. He retired from the NHS in 2023 and now works at The Nuffield Hospital in the private sector.
