I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Clinical Lead for Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Broomfield Hospital in Essex. I provide private assessment and treatment for gastrointestinal problems, including heartburn, anaemia, bleeding, abdominal pain, anal disorders and change in bowel habit, at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford.I qualified from the University College London School of Medicine in 1997. I hold bachelor degrees in medicine and anatomy. I was awarded the MRCP in 2000 and performed academic research in Crohn's disease at St Mark's Academic Institute, London between 2004 and 2006. I obtained the Certificate of Completion of Training in 2008 and since have been on the Specialist Register in both Gastroenterology and General Medicine.
