Dr P Boon Lim

Dr Lim is an experienced cardiologist, having trained at prestigious institutions throughout his career. He undertook undergraduate medical training at Cambridge University, securing double first class honours and following that continued his training in the Oxford Deanery before transferring to North West London to train at St Mary's, Hammersmith, and University College London Hospitals, all considered to be the best cardiology training centres for cardiac electrophysiology and Syncope. He undertook a successful PhD at Imperial College London, studying the role of the autonomic nervous system in arrhythmias. Dr Lim was voted best cardiologist in the UK by colleagues in 2 consecutive years in 2017 and 2018, being awarded TopDoctor of the year (https://www.topdoctors.co.uk/top-doctors-awards/2018) Dr Lim is an expert in Syncope, Atrial Fibrillation and Arrhythmias, and often lectures to patients and other physicians to educate and guide them to improve their understanding and treatment of arrhythmias.
