GMC reg: 4320557Dr Mark Jackson is a consultant in Pain management and Anaesthesia and has been an NHS consultant at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hopsital since 2008. He also provides private Pain management and Anaesthesia care at the Nuffield hospital Exeter and Exeter Medical. He qualified from Leeds medical school in 1996 and completed his Anaesthesia and Advanced Pain management training on the West Yorkshire training rotation in 2005. Following the completion of his UK training he undertook a further two years of specialist pain management training in Sydney Australia and successfully completed the Australian faculty of Pain management examinations and was awarded FFPMANZCA. He returned to the UK in 2008 to take up his current position at the Royal Devon and Exeter hospital. He has a specialist interest in Spinal cord stimulation, which is an advanced pain management technique for patients who have persistent neuropathic pain. He also provides pain management treatment for patients with mechanical back and neck pain, persistent neuropathic pain, chronic pain following surgery and Fibromyalgia.
