I have trained and worked in several busy London hospitals - to name a few, Great Ormond Street Childrens hospital, University College London Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital. I worked at The Royal London Hospital for 7 years as an Acute Consultant General Paediatrician. Prior to this, till March 2017. I have been the Clinical Lead in General Paediatrics for 1 year, as well as being the named doctor for Child protection for 7 years and also the shared care doctor for Paediatric Rheumatology for 3 years. I was also an Honorary Senior Paediatric lecturer at Queen Mary’s University of London. I also held an Honorary Consultant Post at Great Ormond Street hospital, where I primarily am involved with the Paediatric Rheumatology team.I actively teach, mentor, and participate in examining both medical students as well as postgraduate doctors. My last NHS Consultant Paediatrician post was as a Consultant General Paediatrician at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore London. Here I looked after children with neurodisabilities, pre and post operative complex spinal surgery medical issues, which need a Paediatrician to oversee their holistic care, children with bone tumours and children with skeletal and bone dysplasias. I also treat child with Rheumatological disorders and hyper mobility.I treat and holistically take care of patients before and after their surgery. I work with spinal and Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as General Paediatric Surgeons as the child’s named Paediatrician. I advocate for children who are non-verbal as part of this. I am currently a Consultant Acute General Paediatrician at the Portland Hospital (HCA), the UKs largest, busiest private Children's Hospital. Here I do 3 clinics per week .
