I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist with interest in Liver and pancreatic disease. I specialise in colorectal disease, hepatology, pancreatic disease and Inflammatory bowel disease. I have been formally assessed as competent to a standard commensurate with specialist practice to perform Screening Derived Colonoscopy approved by the Joint Advisory Group (JAG) on Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Areas of interest Upper GI Competency:- Therapeutic gastroscopy ;Oesophageal, pyloric & duodenal stenting; P.E.G.;P.E.J.;N.J. tube; Botox injection;Argon plasma coagulation. Lower GI Competency:-Diagnostic sigmoidoscopy;Colonoscopy;Polypectomy; E.M.R.;Dilatation; Liver and Pancreatic disease Competency: Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in order to investigate and Diagnosis of Suspected Pancreatico-Biliary Cancer.
