With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve, we want to reassure you that PHIN is closely monitoring the advice from the government and Public Health England (PHE).
We are putting in contingency plans to make sure that we continue to support hospitals and consultants during this time.
- All face-to-face meetings will be rearranged as video or telephone meetings.
- Our team is still available by email and telephone to help you with any issues and queries.
While we aim to continue as normal during this time of uncertainty, we will be as flexible as we can to better support hospital staff and consultants. We will continue to constantly evaluate the situation and evolve as needed.
Any hospitals that have concerns or challenges, particularly in relation to their PHIN data submissions, can contact us at info@phin.org.uk
Following the recent government advice, the majority of the PHIN team are now working remotely. This will inevitably have an impact, however we are working hard to minimise this.
We are aware that many consultants will be fully committed to delivering front-line care to patients directly affected by the covid-19 virus over the next few months, and the impact will also be felt within independent hospitals and NHS PPUs.
If consultants have any questions or concerns relating to PHIN during this time they can contact us at consultants@phin.org.uk
