Read PHIN's latest Annual Report for 2020-2021

The report provides an update on PHIN’s key achievements in the last year, including the relaunch of our consumer facing website. Since it went live in September it has attracted more than 20,000 unique visitors per month, and connected nearly 4,000 patients with consultants and hospitals offering private care.

PHIN has also published more information for patients, including unplanned transfers, unplanned readmissions, returns to theatre and mortalities, as well as the sites which offer external complaints through ISCAS.
